This policy explains what FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY SRL does with personal data collected through fullstackdevelopment.ro.
Who is responsible
FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY SRL, a company registered in Romania, unique registration code (CUI) 51804514, is the data controller. You can reach us through the contact page.
What is collected
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the message itself.
- When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number, anything you write in the note, and the timezone your browser reports so the time can be shown correctly.
- When you complete the project form: your answers, plus your phone number or email address, verified with a one-time code so that the enquiry is real.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser and pages visited, in server logs and in our own analytics.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer you and to do the work — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before one exists (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site working and free of abuse — our legitimate interest in a service that is not overwhelmed by spam (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For analytics and advertising measurement — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep invoices and accounts — a legal obligation under Romanian tax law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers needed to run the service: our hosting provider, our email provider, the SMS provider that sends verification codes, Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Meet) and Meta (advertising measurement). Each acts under contract and none is permitted to use your data for its own purposes.
Some of these transfer data outside the European Economic Area, to the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries and booking records: three years from our last contact.
- Invoices and accounting records: ten years, as Romanian law requires.
- Server logs: twelve months.
- Analytics: fourteen months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask for your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
