These terms govern the use of fullstackdevelopment.ro and any work commissioned through it from FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY SRL, CUI 51804514, a company registered in Romania.
What is offered
Software development: web platforms, applications, integrations, infrastructure and maintenance. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, price and timing are agreed in a written proposal, and that proposal is the contract.
Quotes and payment
- A quote is valid for thirty days unless it says otherwise.
- Work is invoiced in stages agreed in the proposal.
- Invoices are payable within fifteen days of issue.
- Late payment carries statutory interest and may suspend work until the account is settled.
Who owns the result
You do, on payment in full. Source code, designs and documentation produced for your project transfer to you when the final invoice is settled, and every account and repository is in your name from the first day.
We keep the right to reuse the general knowledge, methods and non-client-specific components involved, and to describe the work publicly unless the proposal says otherwise.
What we promise, and what we do not
Work is delivered with reasonable skill and care, and defects reported within thirty days of delivery are corrected without charge. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided as they are: no promise that they are error-free or continuously available.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the work it concerns. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
If you are a consumer
A consumer buying at a distance has fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason, under OUG 34/2014. If you ask us to start within that period and we finish, the right ends on completion; if we have started but not finished, you pay for what was done.
Consumer disputes may also be taken to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to ANPC in Romania.
Law and courts
Romanian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring a claim where they live.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows when. The version in force is the one published when you commissioned the work.
