SERVICES AND ENGAGEMENT
What you can hire me to do.
Six kinds of work, three ways of engaging, and a handover standard that applies to all of them. If what you need is not here, say so - I would rather turn work down than do it badly.
THE WORK
Six things, done properly.
Business platforms
Multi-tenant systems with real permissions: booking, CRM, records, inventory, logistics, invoicing and reporting behind one admin. Clinic groups, agencies, hospitality, clinics, laboratories, distributors. If nine different roles need nine different views of the same data, this is the work.
Applications, web and mobile
A React or server-rendered front end with a Django API, or a Flutter app shipped to Google Play or the App Store. Authentication, payments, subscriptions, offline behaviour and the admin back office behind it.
AI features that survive contact with users
Information retrieval grounded in your own documents, with sources cited; classification and scoring trained on your own data; and a provider abstraction layer, so that changing model vendor is a configuration change. Every feature ships with an evaluation harness, because an AI feature whose performance nobody has measured is a risk you have not costed.
Integrations and data plumbing
Payment processors, e-invoicing, fiscal printers, telephony and VoIP, channel managers, courier tracking, wearables. Signed and replay-protected webhooks, idempotent writes, retries with backoff, and reconciliation you can audit.
Rescue and takeover
An existing system whose author has left, or a build that has stalled. I read the code, tell you honestly what can be saved, and either stabilise it or plan its replacement. Sometimes the honest answer is that the system is fine and needs a week of work, not a full rewrite.
White-label for agencies
I build, you deliver. I never appear in front of your client, never approach them, and work to your process and your repository. Several of the systems in my portfolio are ones nobody knows I wrote.
Blockchain and Web3
Solidity contracts - tokens, staking, vesting, bridges and factories - developed against pinned OpenZeppelin versions and rigorously tested, alongside the deployment pipelines, relayers and node infrastructure around them. EVM-compatible chains, Go tooling, Hardhat and ethers. I will also tell you when a database is the right answer and a blockchain is not - which is the case most of the time.
Algorithmic and quantitative systems
Market data pipelines, signal engines, risk layers and execution over broker APIs - with backtesting, a trade journal and an honest evaluation, not an equity curve fitted to the data. Where a model is involved, it stays off the critical path and cannot invent a trade.
ENGAGEMENT
Three ways to work together.
All three start with the same thirty-minute call, and none of them start with an estimate invented before anyone has read the requirements.
FIXED · 1–2 WEEKS
Discovery
A tightly scoped piece of work that produces a written specification, a data model, an architecture and a staged plan with cost estimates. Delivered on a fixed price and a fixed duration.
The best option when nobody can yet say exactly what this thing is - including when you need the document to raise funding or to get internal approval.
STAGED · 2–16 WEEKS
Project build
Delivery against an agreed scope, invoiced by stage, with a working staging environment from the first one. Change requests are assessed and priced as they come up, rather than absorbed in silence.
The best fit when the scope is clearly established and you want a finished system with a firm delivery date.
MONTHLY · ROLLING
Engineering on retainer
A fixed number of days per month devoted to your system: features, maintenance, incident handling and architecture decisions. The contract can be ended with one month's notice.
Ideal for a live product that has to keep evolving, or for an agency that needs a dependable engineer without making a permanent hire.
WHAT YOU GET
The handover standard. It is the same on every engagement.
OWNERSHIP
Every code repository, server, domain, DNS zone and third-party account is created in your name from the start. There is no moment at which the work is held hostage, because there is no moment at which I hold it.
DOCUMENTATION
A written description of the architecture, an operational runbook for deployment and restore, and comments in the code wherever a decision would otherwise look arbitrary. Documentation written for the engineer who replaces me, not to justify the invoice.
TESTING AND MONITORING
Automated tests over the critical paths whose failure would cost you money, error reporting that reaches a person directly, and a backup whose restore you have watched yourself, not one you merely assume works.
COMPLIANCE
EU hosting by default, data handled in line with GDPR, consent stored as the exact text that was shown, and Romanian tax requirements handled properly where they apply.
STACK
What I build with, and why it is a short list.
I would rather go deep on a stack I can debug at three in the morning than list twenty technologies I have touched once. Everything below is something I have run in production and supported afterwards.
BACKEND
Python and Django - REST and GraphQL, Celery for background processing, multi-tenant architectures, admin interface engineering. Laravel, Spring Boot and Node in cases where a project already uses those technologies.
FRONTEND & MOBILE
React and TypeScript, Vite, server-rendered Django with HTMX where an SPA would be overhead. Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android from one codebase.
DATA
PostgreSQL and MySQL for transactional work, ClickHouse for analytics at volume, Redis for cache and queues. Schema design, event-sourced ledgers and query optimisation are the parts I enjoy most.
AI
Retrieval-augmented generation with grounding and citation, classification and scoring pipelines, multi-provider abstractions with caching and cost control, and Monte Carlo evaluation harnesses to prove behaviour before release.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Ubuntu, Nginx, Docker, systemd and CI pipelines; AWS with Terraform where it earns its cost. Equally comfortable on a single hardened server, which is often the right answer.
BLOCKCHAIN
Solidity against pinned OpenZeppelin, Hardhat and ethers v6, EVM sidechains on the BSC and BAS stack, Go node tooling, validator-attested bridges, Terraform for validator fleets. Rust and Anchor on the Solana side.

Not sure which of the three you need?
Describe the problem and I will tell you the answer. Often the answer is to start with a discovery stage, and sometimes you may find you do not need me at all.
